We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, being within walking distance to the city center and historical center. During the summer, the hotel had a beautiful garden where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and they ensured that all our needs were met. The room amenities were top-notch, with free toiletries, a hair dryer, and a flat-screen TV. The parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the room. Dining at the hotel was a delightful experience, and the staff was always prompt in serving us.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Bright, nicely furnished rooms, most of them away from the street.
Breakfast offer could improve (no milk, hence, no cereals); water outlets in the bathroom smelled.

I loved that this hotel was conveniently located in walking distance to the city center. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the parking area and the breakfast terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Nothing for me.

Breakfast is very poor - no buffet - everything needs to be ordered separately and is than prepared - so it takes a lot of time - and waiters are not really happy to serve stuff in morning....

Located in the heart of the city, it offers a beautiful garden to relax in during the summer months. the hotel is within walking distance of the city center, making it easy to explore the area. the rooms are spacious with basic furniture, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served through a menu.
The hotel has an unpleasant smell coming out of the plumbing system that permeates in the rooms, which can be disturbing for light sleepers.

Comfortable bed, good shower, quality towels, great food, very helpful pleasant staff. Short walk from centre of town, outdoor terrace a gem!
All was good.

Staff did their best to be helpful. I was particularly grateful that they had had advance warning of the city-wide 24 hour water outage and supplied bottles of water. The hotel is one of the more attractive in Craiova and the fish in the restaurant was excellent
Romania has not yet caught up with the idea that smoking is bad for one's health. I found it difficult that staff were smoking in the dining room

Location, garden, bed, tv
There was no hot water running and this is not acceptable at such a price. Low value for money (expensive)

Spent my Xmas holidays at this lovely hotel with a great location! Breakfast was delicious and the mini bar had a variety of options. The interiors were super cozy and the garden was stunning.
Some staff members were a bit uninterested at times, however, they were generally friendly. Expect some noise at night as the parties in the hotel can be loud.

The building itself is very nice, Parking was secure and inside of the hotel complex.
Many little things need to be fixed: Broken interiors, not working lights, horrible smell, some paint was missing on walls etc, interior design in general was cheap.
